5. Cancellation Policy

Company Cancellation Rights

Capital Cab Service may cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

No-Show & Waiting Policy

• 15 minutes free waiting time from scheduled pickup time
• Additional waiting charges: ₹2 per minute after free period
• No-show after 30 minutes may result in trip cancellation and full charges
• Customers must inform of delays to avoid cancellation

7. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Prohibited Conduct

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use in vehicles
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward drivers
• Carrying illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items
• Damaging or vandalizing vehicles
• Creating disturbances or endangering safety
• Violating local laws or regulations during the trip

Service Termination

Capital Cab Service reserves the right to:

• Terminate service immediately for unsafe or abusive behavior
• Refuse future bookings from customers who violate terms
• Charge for damages to vehicles or equipment
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement

Luggage & Special Items

• Luggage Limit: Standard limit based on vehicle type
• Excess Baggage: Additional charges may apply
• Pets: Prior approval required; service animals welcome
• Child Seats: Available on request with advance notice
• Valuable Items: Company not liable for loss or damage
